I always aim to get your orders sent ASAP, however as each item is lovingly handmade to order, dispatch time is up to 21 days, with additional delivery time.

Standard delivery: £3.50

Single greeting cards delivery: £1.50 (Unless paired with other products)

Due to my products being 'handmade to order', I'm unable to accept returns; unless faulty.

If your product does arrive in a 'less than perfect' condition, please contact me and I'll try to rectify any problems.

Please note, under no circumstances, will gift cards be refunded. 

​

Orders placed after the cut off date before a specific holiday/event, will not be refunded if they arrive late.

Delivery fees will not be refunded.
